Todd has more than 30 years of spa and wellness leadership in both property and corporate roles with five-star brands including Four Seasons and Shangri-La, where he helped shape their spa and wellness branding. He has managed or overseen more than 150 spas and wellness centres worldwide and is a former Vice Chairman of the International SPA Association. Todd is known for a hands-on approach to building exceptional guest experiences, growing revenue and developing expert teams. Based in Thailand and Hong Kong.
Head of Training and Development
Joshua is a CIBTAC-certified spa and wellness leader and international educator who prepares spa teams to deliver consistent, high-quality treatments and service. A multi-skilled therapist himself, with expertise in spa management, aesthetics, nail and hair services, he brings hands-on credibility to every area he teaches. He also advises on spa operations and is a regular guest speaker. Fluent in English, Chinese and Malay. Based in Malaysia.
Shoshana Weinberg
Project Design and Development
Shoshana has spent more than three decades shaping hotels, wellness destinations, homes and spas, from early concept and design development through pre-opening and operations. Her work brings together sense of place, architecture and spatial flow, treatment and wellness concepts, guest journey, local culture, plants and traditional healing knowledge, translating the vision into an experience that can be delivered operationally. Her projects include Four Seasons in Hong Kong, Kyoto, Bangkok, Koh Samui, Tokyo, Beijing and Hangzhou; Belmond's Maroma, Casa de Sierra Nevada, Copacabana Palace, Hotel Cipriani and El Encanto; and Pratima Ayurvedic Spa in New York. She works alongside owners, developers, architects, interior designers and operational teams, from first idea to opening. Based in Portugal.
