Todd is a Wellness and Spa expert with over 20+ years of working in both property and corporate offices with five star hotels and resorts such as Four Seasons and Shangri-La. where he played an instrumental role in the development of their spa and wellness branding. Former Assistant Vice Chairman of the International Spa Association and having managed and designed over 100+ spas and wellness centres throughout the world, he is highly sought after for his hands on approach to creating exceptional guest experiences, generating additional revenues through key strategies and building teams of experts. He is based in Thailand and Hong Kong.

Carlos is considered one of the world's best when it comes to developing and executing training programs. Licensed as a physical therapist, massage therapist, aesthetician, reiki master and human potential coaching, he holds his Masters in Adult Education. Most recently, he developed and trained all international wellness educational programs for Shangri-La Hotels for the Americas, Asia, ME, Europe and Australia. His unwavering dedication to learning and development is evident in the providing of coaching and consultancy services for wellness centres and learning solutions. Gullusah has played a pivotal role for more than 20 years in spa and wellness operations in Mauritius, Maldives, India, Sri Lanka, China and Southeast Asia. Certified as a yoga instructor, breath work, meditation coaching, hypnotherapy and quantum bioenergy as well as being an Ayurvedic practitioner. Her comprehensive skillset encompasses rebranding, pre-opening, business strategy, marketing, guest experience development and project management. She consistently builds businesses that yield higher returns for ownership. Fluent in English and Turkish. Based in Turkiye.

Holding his law degree and having completed the Bar for Solicitors UK, Joshua is a former VP of Rooms for a major Asian hospitality chain. He has over 20+ years in a global hospitality role in China, South East Asia, Australasia, Europe, North America and the Middle East UAE. He has a demonstrated history of setting and implementing vision, strategy and achieving business goals consistently. His areas of expertise and leadership include hotel guest service innovations and technology, front desk upselling revenues, enterprise projects, cost management, ,shareholder operational compliance, crisis management and change management. He is fluent in English and Tamil. Based in Singapore.
